We’re Real Estate Agents in Buffalo, NY and own and operate an short term rental in Ellicottville, NY just an hour from our home. It’s a great Ski Village with lots of activities and restaurants during all seasons. We have two beautiful twin daughters and a black lab Marley! We love traveling, spending time with our family and boating on Lake Erie.

Beautiful scenery sitting on 2 acres of land and close to town to shop, golf, hike or relax!! -Home includes 3 bedrooms & 1.5 baths, 1st bedroom w/ king bed, 2nd w/ 2 queen beds, 3rd w/ twin bunk beds & 1 queen bed. Full kitchen with granite countertops. Heated floors throughout. Enjoy first floor open concept with large dining room table for 10, Mid Century fireplace, we provide firewood. Roku 4K Smart TV and portable DVD player. Separate entrance with large entry way. There is great cell service, WIFI, YouTube TV, dart board, games and TV in kids room (bring your own gaming system). Nicely decorated. Enjoy the 2 acres of land with Weber Grill, outdoor fire pit. -All the amenities of home, 12 cup coffee maker, iron, blow dryer, all linens & towels provided, apartment washer/dryer. -Indoor fireplace - we provide firewood. - Heart our listing to save it! -No Parties -No Events -No Pets -Must be 25 or older to book.

Huge ski destination in the northeast. Lots of restaurant's, entertainment and live music almost every weekend. Lots of shops in the Village just minutes away. Lots of activities ropes course adventure, golf course and ski hills within minutes. Tops grocery store in town. 3 miles to Holiday Valley Ski Resort. - City of Buffalo is 1 hour away - Niagara Falls is 1 hour & 20 minutes away.
