Short two minute stroll to the beach with direct access across Front Beach Rd! Golf cart friendly location. Sleeps 6-8, family friendly home with a quiet community pool, picnic area, and shuffle board court. Our outdoor space includes a rockin’ front porch, balcony, outdoor shower and a beach storage closet, along with a well equipped patio (+charcoal grill!) 10 minute drive to rosemary beach down 30A or 5 minutes in to Pier Park. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Villa Chateau is the ideal beach neighborhood. Turn off of Front Beach Rd into our quiet community where each Villa is its own beachy color palette. The pool and picnic area are private to our community, and remain clean and safe for guests at all times. Public beach access 76B is directly across the street from our quaint community, it is a short walk (one to two minutes) from our front door. Our location is perfect for chill beach days, nestled away from the high rises and crowds. No long walks to crowded beaches here! We have space for two cars (or add a golf cart!) in front of Sea Shell Chateau. Parking is free, and vehicles must be able to fit on the pad, not on the sea shells! From Sea Shell Chateau, you can easily access all the area has to offer: Panama City Beach, Pier Park, and further West towards 30A and Sunnyside, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor and more!
