This is a gorgeous new build house with all new, comfortable furniture. Enjoy a dip in the brand new modern pool & spa. Unwind with a movie or show on any of the smart tv’s indoors or out doors. There is an outdoor dining table as well as fire pit and lounge chairs. The property has hilltop view of the mountains and palm trees. The front yard had grass and is perfect for outdoor games or just lounge around. In this gorgeous house has all the necessary modern appliances as well as an area BBQ. In addition, the reservation of more than one week will be charged for untility services (gas, water and electricity).POOL/SPA: There is a daily charge for pool and spa. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. Spa only takes 10 mins to heat up. If you need pool heated, especially upon your arrival, let me know in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival.
I’m not living in Desert Hot Springs,but I am able to come if the guest need me. I’m the one who meets the guest for now .
