This beautiful 1st floor private bedroom is a shared homestay 🌇 and is conveniently located in Staten Island NYC, 1-mile from the 🆓 ferry boat to Manhattan ⛴️. Restaurants, shopping and public transportation via 🚇 bus or train within walking distance. Food supermarket directly across the street. Private bedroom features one Queen size memory foam mattress 🛏️ and one Twin size memory foam mattress. Flatscreen TV with Roku and 90 local channels viewable while lying in bed. Fully loaded shared kitchen 🍽️ with seating 🪑 for four persons. This kitchen is shared with two hosts that reside inside the apartment. Private bathroom is located outside the private bedroom 🛁. 🅿️ 🏘️ 🚘 The public street level parking in front of the location is free depending on availability. 🆓 🏠 The house is located on Bay Street which is the main street in the Tompkinsville / Stapleton Heights area of downtown Staten Island, New York City. This area of Staten Island is densely populated 🌆🏙️ and urban, making it pedestrian 🚶and cyclist 🚲 friendly. 🏠 All rooms are located in the 1st floor apartment. The house is conveniently located 1-mile walking distance to the free Staten Island Ferry Boat, which provides you with easy access between Staten Island and Manhattan. ⛴️ 🅿️ 🚘 The street level parking in front of the location is free depending on availability. It boasts plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. There's even a supermarket directly across the street. 🛍️🛒🏬 The MTA police precinct is a half block away, so you'll feel safe. 🚓🚔 The free Staten Island Ferry gives you beautiful views of the Statue of Liberty and Governor's Island. The ferry boats depart every 30-minutes and run on a 24-hour, 7-day a week schedule. You'll never have to worry about missing a boat and getting stranded at either terminal. 🏪 If parking 🅿️ is needed at the Staten Island Ferry, there’s a parking garage at the Empire Outlets shopping mall. The city bus directly in front of the apartment takes you to the ferry terminal in 5-minutes!
