This house is located a few minutes from downtown Culpeper. It has been recently renovated while maintaining the original character and charm of this 1930's home. Experience the modern farm house decor and amenities throughout the home. The living room has been designed to relax and take time to talk and enjoy your friends and/or family. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and a large island to inspire you to create great meals.

The House is located on a three acre lot. it has a large back yard and a nice long driveway. It is surrounded by nice neighbors and greenery. Located a few minutes from downtown Culpeper. where you can visit small cafes, breweries. Drive a few miles out of town and you will find lots of wineries and the Shenandoah National Park.
