The home is 2600 sq. ft & is great for contractors, large groups, spring breakers, & individuals looking to visit family & need a home for their large family. It's fully equipped with all kitchen essentials, towels, hand soap, in home theatre system with bluetooth capabilities & there is a large fenced in back yard perfect for children to play and/or pets. There is plenty of parking for large vehicles and trailers as well, a grill & fire pit in the backyard and garden tub in the master bedroom.
The home sits on a little more than an acre of land, and this location is in a quiet area, away from the busy and close proximity to other homes; yet is easily accessible to the beaches, Tyndall Air Force base, springs, and shopping. From Panama City beach it’s 17 miles and about 29min From Tyndall base bay it’s 8miles and 13mins To Mexico beach it’s 25 miles and 32mins To Pier Park it’s 20 miles and about 40 mins
