Welcome to the Green Pearl! This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house was completely renovated just last year with you in mind. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 people and is the perfect vacation rental for your family and friends with space to spare. This house is perfectly situated on the island, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 5-person golf cart available for rent to get you around the rest of the area. Additionally, there is an extra driveway with ample parking for multiple cars. This home includes uniquely built, queen-sized bunk beds perfect for children or adults. The home also offers 2 king bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. Enjoy high speed internet, cable and Smart-TVs, and so many more amenities. The gourmet kitchen is ideal for those who love to cook, or you can travel around the island exploring the delicious restaurants Fripp has to offer! Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It's a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island, or take a ride to the Food Court for ice cream after dinner! Amenity cards are available for purchase, which are required for access to all resort amenities. Including golf and tennis, bars and restaurants, swimming pools, and more. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary, offers 3,000 acres of natural beauty on the most seaward of South Carolina’s barrier islands. More than 3.5 miles of shell – dotted beach, two golf courses and full- service resort amenities, such as restaurants, tennis facilities, swimming pools, and a marina. Fripp Island Guest Cards are available with the house but are not included. Fripp Island Resort's club cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rent and water crafts, and use the restaurants on the island. Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. Please refer to your Rental Agreement or contact Tidewatch Vacations directly to inquire about availability and up to date pricing. Please note, Guests do not have to buy amenity cards! You can enjoy the beach, the bike paths, and the shops without an amenity card. There are many wonderful restaurants, golf courses, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, and tennis courts off of the island.
