Nestled near a quiet cul-de-sac, this spacious, completely renovated townhouse features brand new appliances, modern finishes, a fully fenced backyard, and a beautiful deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. You’re sure to feel at home. This beautiful space is right off the interstate and surrounded by tons of restaurants and shopping centers. Just minutes away from FSU, FAMU, and TSC. The home includes: 2 bedrooms: 2 Full Beds, 1 California King Bed; huge spacious closets, TVs in both bedrooms; 1 Full Bathroom with large shower, and 2 Half Bathrooms. Relaxing living room with a sectional couch and plenty of additional seating areas. Full service kitchen with all new appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Beautiful deck with seating area, a fully fenced backyard, and a garden seating area. Large 2 vehicle driveway.
