These are two floors for a big family which is first and second floors (no the entire house).
If you want basement, you should ask from owner, no garage included.
It has five bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms.
no parking issue.
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
Important point :
If you want to make party, birthday and wedding, you should contact with owner, it has different price and deposit required.
Event if you are more than 12 people, please contact with owner too.
This neighborhood is close to DC and very calm and clean area.
