The home's living areas provide plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together while offering amazing water views. The well-equipped, modern kitchen is the perfect place for preparing family meals. Off the back of the home is a large deck with a dining and BBQ area, plus a private hot tub where you can relax and take in the views after days out on the lake. The home also has a large backyard with a firepit area and leads to your covered boat dock on the lake! This home is just a short drive from Route 33 and is a little over three miles from Beach Island, where you can find the marina. From the deep, quiet water inlet behind the house, you will have boat access to Lake Norris, where you can enjoy fishing, water skiing, and other fun water activities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
