NEWLY renovated 3-bedroom apartment central to downtown Staunton! This eclectic 3-bedroom loft just underwent renovation to include a new kitchen, additional bedroom and huge new bathroom! The apartment loft is located just a couple blocks to the iconic shops and dining located on East Beverley Street. Please note this requires going up a set of stairs to access the apartment. FIRST FLOOR: ENTRY WAY - Daybed (sleeps 1), nightstand with lamp, cubical storage SECOND FLOOR: LIVING ROOM - Couch, arm chairs, coffee table, smart TV (please login to your own streaming accounts). Please note the fireplace is non-operational. KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven and range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven), and drip coffee maker. Center island with 3 bar stools. DINING ROOM - Dining table for 4, bar cart stocked with all the barware you should need! BEDROOM 1 - King bed (sleeps 2), two nightstands with lamps, hangers in closet, TV, lounge chair. The fireplace is shared with the living space and is non-operational. BATHROOM 1 - Tub/shower combo, single vanity, shelving for storage, (toiletries & towels provided) BEDROOM 2 - King bed, two nightstands with lamps, rod with hangers. BEDROOM 3 - Queen daybed, side table, lounge chair, video game console. BATHROOM 2 - double sink vanity, walk-in shower, toilet, NEW infrared sauna (toiletries & towels provided) LAUNDRY - washer and dryer located in unit for guests to use This property is DOG FRIENDLY with an additional fee/stay. No cats, fines may apply.
