Notchbrook 26AB provides a lovely escape all year round. This condo is spread out over four levels guaranteeing privacy and comfort, and can be especially ideal for two couples traveling together thanks to its unique layout. The ground floor level is home to the entry and one roomy guest room with a private bath. One flight up is the kitchen, dining area, and sitting nook freshly remodeled and decorated. Another flight of stiars leads to the living room with comfortable furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace, TV, and covered deck boasting mountain views. The fourth and final level of the home contains the second bedroom with a private bath. The entire condo is bright and light throughout! Several additional bonus amenities are included in your stay: The Notchbrook complex itself boasts an outdoor pool, men's and women's saunas, tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and a playground area. Just down the road is the Mill Trail, a favorite of locals and an easy riverside walk with great views of Bingham Falls. Down river from there is Foster's swimming hole guaranteed to be cold and refreshing too! Access to the mountain only a few miles up the road is easy and there are several popular eateries, bars, and shops along the road into town. Pets are not permitted at this property. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees.
