A one-bedroom well-equipped Notchbrook condo that is ideal for solo travelers and couples alike! This lower-level unit has been carefully remodeled to embrace the entirety of the space. Three panel sliding glass doors in the main area flood it with light and the industrial vibe of the walls and flooring is tempered with comfortable furnishings, colorful artwork, and rich wood accents. The main area open floor plan includes a petite yet complete kitchen (with a striking blue retro Smeg fridge!), a sitting area with pull-out sofa and chairs, a dining table for four, and a workspace tucked in an alcove. A sliding barn door leads to the bright bedroom with a queen bed and a wall of windows. The condo's sleek lines carry into the full bath with glass shower doors and white subway tiles (a double trough style sink in blue carries the throwback feel through the home). Outside, colorful Adirondack chairs beckon you to the deck and yard beyond. Several additional amenities are included: The Notchbook complex itself boasts an outdoor pool, men's and women's saunas, tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and a playground area. Just down the road is the Mill Trail, a favorite of locals and an easy riverside walk with great views of Bingham's Falls. Down river from there is Foster's swimming hole guaranteed to be cold, and refreshing too! Access to the mountain only a few miles up the road is easy and there are a number of great eateries, bars, and shops along the road into town. All pets must be pre-approved during the booking process. An additional pet fee and addendum is required.
