Spacious newly remodeled house, furnished for comfort & luxury. Main level bedrooms. Very close to DC, College Park, Bethesda (NIH) & Rockville. White House, Capitol Hill, Union Station<8 miles. Uber cost to silver spring or takoma park metros that connects to DC are approximately ten dollars. Freeway in 2 miles. Dulles/Reagan/BWI airports ~30 mins. Restaurants, grocery stores, Parks, hospitals nearby. Suited for DC visits, family, work-trips, or recovery. Gourmet windows and nature in the backyard - watch birds and deers! Quiet surroundings.
I am a friendly and sociable person. I have a pet dog named Karma. I try to do my small part to help our environment. For example, I always take my own grocery bag and try not to use plastics. I make my own manure from food waste that I use for my garden. I love growing zucchini, tomatoes and other vegetables in my kitchen garden.
Washington DC with all the museums, National Mall, Capitol Hill, Lincoln memorial and other amenities are within 8 mile distance. Downtown silver spring and Takoma park metro are within 2 miles. Plenty of parks around. Super convenient place.
