WIFI Internet access, Washer/Dryer, Gas Grill, DVD Player, Pillows/Blankets, Blender and Central A/C. *House Rules: *Must be left in a neat/orderly condition or security will be held. *There is to be no use of the elevator. *The # of people sleeping in the house is not to exceed 6. *No more than 10 people on the property at any one time. *No smoking in or on the grounds and no pets permitted. *No moving furniture from room to room and no moving indoor furniture to outside or outside furniture indoors. No wet clothing or towels on indoor furniture. The 2 parking spaces are on the front, left of house-no parking along sides of house."
