Welcome home! Breathtaking unobstructed views of the ocean on this 32th floor unit. This 1/1unit is in mint condition and furnished with modern furniture. The Club at Brickell Bay is perfectly located right in the heart of Brickell with close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and much more. This building offers an incredible fully equipped gym and many other great amenities such as a game room, business center, two pools, hot tub, and massage room. Cable and internet included.
