WiFi Internet, Washer, Dryer, Gas Grill, DVD Player, Pillows, Blankets and Wall Mounted Ductless A/C in Bedrooms. *Check-out 10:00am Check-in 3:00pm *House Rules: Must be left in a neat/orderly condition or security will be held. The # of people sleeping in the house is not to exceed 8. No more than 12 people on the premises at any given time. No smoking anywhere in premises or on grounds. No pets allowed on leased premises. No moving furniture from room to room, and no moving indoor furniture to outside, or moving outdoor furniture inside. No wet clothing or towels on indoor furniture. No pets allowed on the premises. Park on the street or limit 2-3 cars in driveway."
