The ocean and sunset views from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and dining room will blow you away! If you are lucky you might even get to see a whale swimming by! The basement doubles as a furnished game room including a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, avenger pinball game, bikes, surfboard, a couple of boogie boards, beach gear, beach chairs/ umbrella, mini fridge, cooler, wagon and beach toys all for you to use. This property offers shared tennis courts, heated pool and Jacuzzi. Our home is located in the heart of Newport Beach with unobstructed ocean views (you can see HB pier all the way to the Newport pier) from 2 ocean view balconies. Relax and watch the sun set or enjoy our fireplace, depending on what time of year you visit.
