Welcome to Beverly Beach House, a beautiful family friendly ocean view property in Newport’s, Beverly Beach neighborhood. Drink your morning coffee or watch the sun set on the newly added deck, off the second story for a wonderful view of the ocean and relax to the sound of the waves 15 minutes walk to Beverly Beach Nature park for walks on the trails or the beach. Perched on a hill in a quiet neighborhood you're only 10 minutes drive from all that Newport & Depoe Bay has to offer.
The space
The house is spacious with two living areas for the entire family; downstairs living area features an entertainment center with Samsung Smart TV and 5.1 Surround Sound; upstairs living area has a separate TV for streaming ( Netflix, Disney+, & Amazon) programs for kids and it’s own recreation area with board games. . Plenty of space in the dining area and kitchen for hosting and family dinners. The downstairs deck off the kitchen is perfect for barbecuing and sunbathing on the hammock. The backyard is partially fenced with ample room for the kiddos to run around and play.
