This hilltop home offers breathtaking views of Coronado island and San Diego harbor! Just minutes from San Diego International (SDX), Downtown Gaslamp, Little Italy, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and beaches, this charming 1920s 'Classic' bungalow sits atop a west-facing hillside, amongst affluent homes and provides a perfect setting for that special getaway or workspace for business travel. Please Note: unauthorized gatherings and/or nightclub style events are strictly prohibited.
We are so humbled to call "America's Finest City" our home and we are excited to share our 1928 California style bungalow with awesome harbor and sunset views!! Our hope is that you will sleep well, wake up happy, and leave us a great review..! There is a combination lockbox so guests can arrive and depart at their discretion. If there is anything needed at all, do not hesitate to call or text.
This home is located just minutes from San Diego’s epicenter of culture and world-class tourist attractions. There are many wonderful cafés and historical districts within walking distance. It is also just a short walk to the trolley stop which can whisk you to the Downtown Gaslamp or North via the ‘Coaster’ to chic beaches with Main street shops such as Solana Beach, Encinitas, and Carlsbad. UBER or LYFT are an easy rideshare option, and there is sufficient street parking for those with their own transportation.
