Loon Point is a local's favorite with a wide coastline, pristine beach, and the chance to see dolphins joyfully hopping through the waves. Unwind at night with a casual and classic meal at the beloved burger spot, Tinker's for a true taste of Summerland charm.  A personal escape, this beautiful loft has all you need for a truly tranquil experience. This guest house can make anyone feel instantly at home with its bright windows and dreamy beach town location. Ocean views add to the gorgeous natural elements of this studio.  HIGHLIGHTS: - Ocean View Deck - Short Walk to Town - Easy Beach Access - Spa and Bocce Ball Court  COMMUNAL PROPERTY / SHARED COMMON AREAS:  The Property consists of 2 separate/detached units, "Ocean View Loft" and "Ocean View", located on the same property grounds.  Both units are available to rent together or separately and may be occupied at the same time during your stay.  BOOK "Ocean View House and Loft" to have the entire property for 6 additional guests!  SHARED ITEMS: Hot Tub, Bocce Ball and Laundry are all shared and are first come first serve. NOTE: *Stairs are required at this property. * Pets are not allowed at this property. ** GUEST AGREES TO ELECTRONICALLY SIGN OUR RESERVATION AGREEMENT w/in 2 days of booking (emailed to Guest upon booking).** **The property has security camera(s) in parking area(s) and/or main entrance(s) to the property.**
