The family will love all the outdoor space available for you all to enjoy - there is a spacious fenced backyard with lush gardens, an outdoor dining area with an umbrella for four, a gas grill, and a well-furnished deck. Inside, this joyful home boasts a bright open floorplan combining the kitchen, living room, and dining room into one living space with vaulted ceilings and turquoise accents here and there. Comfortable sofas surround a cable TV, offering an incredibly comfortable entertainment space. Let your loved ones unwind and chat while you treat them to a delicious meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Boasting incredible appliances (French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and two coffee makers) and all the pots and utensils to whip up everything that comes to mind, cooking will be a breeze. Enjoy meals a the breakfast bar, a great addition to the dining table. This home has four bedrooms (two of them are located on one side of the home and the other two on the opposite side), two full baths, and a convenient laundry nook with a washer/dryer combo. The main bedroom has a TV and an en-suite full bath with a walk-in shower. There is a bunk bed that is just perfect for kids. The other two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. One of these bedrooms features a TV, meaning the home offers guests three TVs throughout the home.
