My property boasts an exclusive private beach, which has an upper level beach adjacent to an oceanfront pool! There is a beach access path to a second lower level beach, which flanks the ocean! During August 16-24, guests wishing to utilize the lower level beach will obtain beach passes for Brick Beach 3 near the property. My rental rate has been significantly slashed by more than 50% for August which more than accounts for a brief sand replenishment project, which temporarily requires guests to utilize this alternate access path to the lower level beach, via Brick Beach 3.
Property is located between TWO POPULAR BOARDWALKS (Point Pleasant Beach's Jenkinson Pier and Seaside Heights' Casino Pier), which offer family entertainment, amusement rides, arcades. games of chance, restaurants and eateries (awesome Pizza and Famous Saltwater Taffy), water parks, mini golf and a sea aquarium!!! I offer surf board rentals at my property. There's lots of fun for everyone!!!
