Oceanfront Jewel is a one-bedroom condo and it sleeps up to 6 guests. The bedroom has a king size bed with 12'' memory foam mattress, a desk for those who need to work remotely, a TV, and decorative shelves which can also be used for clothing storage shelves. The living room features two custom-made Murphy queen beds with 12'' memory foam mattress and medium firm mattress respectively, electronic fireplace, L-shape leather sectional, TV entertainment center (with Sling TV), 6-chair dining table, beautiful chandelier, and an ottoman with storage etc. The closets and shelves next to the Murphy beds and the hallway closets provide plenty of storage room for the guests! The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is great for whipping up your best meals. It has electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, Keurig K-Cup coffee machine (with 20 coffee pods, sugar and coffee mate), blender, Brita water filter, non-stick cookware set, pots, pans, utensils, certain baking ware, dinning ware set, cooking oil, salt, pepper etc. Have dinner in the elegant dining area with comfortable furnishings. The bathroom provides six set of shower/face/hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap bars, body wash, hair dryer, first aid kit, sewing kit, etc. The hallway closets store some basic cleaning tools, laundry pods, iron and ironing board, etc. Two beach towels and two beach chairs are provided to the guests for use. There is a free underground parking spot in the building. The building has five floors in total and the unit is on the top floor. The building has one elevator. Laundry room in in the basement of the building. Please prepare quarters for laundry.
