There are two manuals on the eating bar when you arrive. One is a concierge manual and helps you navigate within the estate and the local community. The other is an electronics manual that helps you operate all of the electronics in the house.
Old Kinderhook is a gated and guarded community overlooking Lake of the Ozarks. An award winning 18 hole golf course is nestled in the hills of Old Kinderhook. There are two marinas on property with boat slips available for rent.
