Property information

Old-world charm! Drive up to a wonderful driveway built in 1950's, with lush greenery and ballroom like staircase leading into this definitely one of a one-of-a-kind waterfront home with its own boat dock. The backyard embraces the outdoor elements on a quarter acre with big sliding glass door that connects the indoor space with the outdoors. Enjoy taking the rental kayaks out for adventure or/and care for yourself in the dry sauna.

Neighbourhood information

Located 3 miles of proximity to city life of Downtown but without the hustle and bustle. This area of the Stockton is relatively quiet, old and charming — which is a plus. Enjoy the numerous shopping plazas and dining options this area has to offer. The community is home to a college ( UOP) , situated between the neighborhoods of Country Club and Pacific. Vehicle transportation is a must to get to other destinations , accessible to Uber and Lyft pick ups.
