Cook out on the grill on the screened porch and gather around the huge dining table that seats everyone while overlooking the lake. This renovated home is on one level. The whole family will find space to relax and enjoy a family gathering or couples wanting to get away. The bunk room boasts two lower queen beds with two upper twin beds and a full bathroom along the hall. The final bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The main living area has plenty of space for everyone to spread out, play cards board games or put a puzzle together, or watch a movie all with expansive views of Lake Rabun. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
