Property information

Fall in love with our 3 bedroom 2-bathroom beach house. Directly on the sand. Sip your morning coffee whale and dolphin watching, catch some rays, come soak in the beachfront hot tub, or, just listen to the waves and unwind. Our modern beach home is designed to impress and leave you feeling at calm and peace with your ocean surroundings. Minutes from San Clemente, Dana Point and Laguna Beach. No AC- We have Central HEAT, as in most oceanfront homes we don't have AC. A fully stocked kitchen will make you feel like you are at home. 8-seat dining table. Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have 2 sofas plenty of seating and a large 60" TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie. High-speed WiFi (Free WiFi) is also provided, Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster, and blender. Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in what is referred to as the Riviera of the west. Ultra private gated beach front community. There is no point in leaving! Conveniently minutes from downtown Dana Point, San Clemente, 20 minutes from Laguna Beach and a close 30 minutes to Newport Beach.
