The spacious main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower. A second bedroom offers direct access to one of the outdoor decks. The third bedroom shares access to a full bathroom with the second bedroom. The fourth bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and two twin sleeper sofas, as well as an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Located in the private gated community of Sunset Pointe, enjoy shared amenities like beach access, a community outdoor pool, and natural conservation areas with boardwalks.
