This is a mother-in-law suite with one bedroom with ensuite bathroom. living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette. electric stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric frying pan. Rice cooker and electric blender. all linens and towels are provided. Laundry facilities are located in the garage where there is a key to get into the side door. It is shared with the other guests who might be renting out the front part of the house. Beach gear is in the garage as well for all to share.

I have been a resident since 2012 and have been hosting since 2015 I am a bookkeeper I love cooking, the beach and traveling. I like to give my guests space but an available at any time. I live about 15 minutes away.

The house is located in a desirable neighborhood minutes from the bay. There is an aquatic center 2 blocks away. Olympic size pool with a fitness center in the park. free tennis courts and a basketball court. There is also a dog park in the park as well as a walking trail. Downtown with all the restaurants and entertainment, cinema, theaters, comedy club, The Van Wezel are just minutes away by car. Siesta Key beach and Lido Beach are both a 15 minute drive away. There is a farmers market downtown on Saturdays. Publix, Aldi and Mortons food hall are in the neighborhood.
