Newly updated 2 BR/2 BA condo in Perdido Key is spacious, centrally located and sleeps 6. Enjoy amazing Gulf views from the front door, kitchen and guest bedroom and tranquil Ole River views from living room, master bedroom. Watch the dolphins swim by from the oversized balcony seating area. Enjoy private beach amenities steps away via cross walk.
28783 Perdido Beach Boulevard is close to many restaurants and top attractions. Unit is located on the 4th floor in Wind Drift Condominium bayside low rise complex.
Enjoy views of Ono Island from the floor to ceiling windows and oversized balcony. The living room provides ample seating with oversized leather sectional sofa. The kitchen features granite counter bar with 4 bar stools. Well-stocked cook's kitchen provides Keurig and Mr. Coffee Maker. Master bedroom features King bed and on suite Bathroom. Guest bedroom features 2 queens.
You are steps to the private beach and 2 pools (bayside and beach side). Beach chairs/ umbrella are provided.
Condo is equipped with starter amenities: soap, shampoo, lotion, laundry and dishwasher detergent pods, toilet and paper towels. Incl. 1 complimentary parking pass (must be displayed)
