No matter how you spend your days, you'll come home each afternoon to a tree-lined piece of property with ample space for lingering outdoors. The front deck is outfitted with Adirondack chairs and a bistro table, while the back deck provides a gas grill, a large dining table, and a wonderful setting for an evening glass of wine. Enter the house by way of the living room, where you'll find a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV, and a collection of books and board games to enjoy. To the other side of the living space is an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a prep island with bar stools for four, and a dining room table with seats for four more. After a day spent floating the river or meandering through the Russian River Valley AVA, you'll be treated to a private washer/dryer to refresh your wardrobe, free WiFi to keep you connected, and direct deck access from two of the three sleeping spaces. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
