A note about pets including service animals. Because we have recurring guests and family with serious allergies to dogs, we cannot allow any dogs on the property for their safety. Originally designed by renowned Portland, OR architect Marvin Witt for his family, this towering 3 story "tree house" has been lovingly updated and restored. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks. It's a short walk to the beach and close to town and hiking trails.
We are designers and lovers of architecture and we enjoy sharing our spaces with others. We are always available to answer questions about the house or the area via Airbnb, text or phone. We have local contacts that check on the house frequently and are available in case of an emergency.
The Neahkahnie Beach neighborhood is quiet, but the main town is only a short walk from the house via the shoreline. Hang out on the beach and enjoy dinner or coffee, or take surf lessons or a day trip along the Oregon Coast. Walk to beach - 5 minutes Drive to town - 5 minutes Walk to town via beach - 20 minutes
