This condo nestled in the heart of Osage Beach located in the Four Seasons Racquet and Country Club (approximately one-mile from Lake). This unit has 2 bedrooms (king sized bed in master suite, 2 queen-size beds in second Bedroom), sofa bed (Queen), areobed (Queen), and two and a half baths (separate whirlpool bath and stall shower in master suite), fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large living room & walk out beautiful lake view at the three and a half mile marker. This is a first floor condo with walk out to a grass area and small patio with lake view. While this is a first floor condo, there are steps leading from the parking lot down to the front door. There are 6 outdoor pools to enjoy!
Your host, Michelle, has owned this property for over 20 years and has managed the property for nightly rentals since purchase. Michelle resides in St. Louis, Missouri with her husband and son. Michelle is currently employed as the Chief Financial Officer at a bank in Maplewood, MO. Michelle works with on-site maintenance and cleaning team to ensure you have an enjoyable stay in Lake Ozark.
Lake Ozark is a wonderful vacation destination. Our property sits on the Four Seasons Community with many smaller stocked lakes great for fishing. Area golf courses are wonderful and only minutes away from our condo. Of course the Large lake (Lake Ozark) is the beautiful view you see when you wake up in our condo or walk out on our attached patio! If you have your own boat, you can launch from many access points a short drive from our condo. There are tons of places for family fun within a mile drive from our condo door. Mini golf, Golf Resorts, YMCA Camp, area restaurants, rental boats, and the Lake Ozark Damn.
