Nestled right on the bay, this Port Isabel bungalow is surrounded by palms and shrouded in sunshine. While exploring the area, be sure to visit Pirate's Landing Fishing Pier, Beach Park at Isla Blanca, and the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. When you need a break from the sun, the cool interior of your retreat features creature comforts like comfortable furnishings, tile flooring, and updated amenities. When hunger arises, utilize the well-equipped kitchen's gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also off this space, you'll find a private washer/dryer - perfect for refreshing your vacation garb in. As the sun begins to set over the water, head outside and fire up the gas grill before dining alfresco with the people who mean the most to you. Sleep, dream, and repeat amidst the high-quality linens and central air-conditioning back inside. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a 90 dollars admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check-in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets.*Please note: The Welcome Center is NOT associated with Vacasa.
