This separate entrance ground floor house has three bedrooms : 1. Room one - with two Twin size beds. 2. Room two - with one Queen size bed. 3. Room three - with one Twin size bed. We are not provide breakfast. No washer and dryer. There is No Stove/Range, Or Oven in kitchen, we are not provide them. There are microwave, oven, electric water pot. We have three private, spacious, fully furnished, and newly remodeled rooms available on the ground floor of our house with its own separate entrance. The bathroom includes a shower and bath Our home is conveniently located near many major San Diego areas. Three different bus lines are within 5-8 minutes walking distance of our home. The buses can take you to downtown San Diego, Old Town Trolley Station, Pacific Beach, and University City without any transfers. We are also located within 12 minutes of the beach.
Our home is conveniently located near many major San Diego areas. About 2 miles from Mission Bay and 4 miles to Pacific Beach. There are 3 different bus stops around the block from our home 5 -10 minutes walking distance of our home.
