Two beachfront vacation homes side by side. Each private with a combined 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, situated on 2 acres. Prime location with exclusive beach access bordering the state park nature preservation. High speed WiFi plus HD smart TV. TESLA charger with adaptor for other EVs. Private sun decks, lush grass and a 10 minute walk through the nature preserve to the pristine ocean shore. Access to 2 separate private residences in the same excellent location provides many possible arrangements

Neighbourhood information

A very unique microclimate. The convergence of the Inglenook fen and creeks abundant fresh clean water with the sand and nutrient rich soil promotes lush jungle proliferation. The vast stretch of beach and sand dunes produce a thermal mass which pushes away the clouds creating a more tropical environment. Also the location has a significant wind block from the sand dunes and surrounding trees which creates a more comfortable relaxed atmosphere. This property has the most exclusive beach access at the center of this 5 mile long stretch of beach and is surrounded by thousands of acres of the pristine state park nature preservation. At the very end of a private road, the exclusive beach access and location makes this property perfect for relaxing in nature while also being conveniently located close enough to town for easy access to shopping, restaurants, wine tasting and other attractions. The two private residences are situated on two acres of land. The property has two external security cameras located at the front gate driveway entrances that covers the driveway and parking area for additional guest security. The beach access trail is directly in front of the property
