Company information

The units I have listed are owned and operated by my wife and I. We love Palm Beach the feel of the island. You will have use of our apartments just as you would any private apartment. Come and live like a local, all of our units are ready to stay in for guests, us and our friends and family. I look forward to seeing you in Palm Beach Florida. Property information

The Palm Beach Hotel Condominium is truly unique. Built in 1925 as a 300 unit hotel on what was and still is one of the most exclusive islands in not just the United States but the world. Today the building is about 200 units all privately owned condominiums. We are legal for short term rentals and because of this I have purchaed, decorated and set up a nice offering of individual units for guests to stay in while visiting. Our building is historic and is like a trip back in time. We have modern conveniences like fast wifi and cable/streaming services while still capturing that old time Palm Beach vibe.

Neighbourhood information

We are in the heart of beautiful and unparalleled Palm Beach; you can walk to almost anywhere from here. The neighborhood is very upscale and safe. Some of the best eateries on the island are right next door to us: PB Catch, Echo, The Meat Market and do not forget the Palm Beach Grill. We have a great little pastry shop as part of the building along with a shoe repair, antique shops, clothes boutique and a spa in the building.
