Screened in pool+hot tub patio. 4 bedroom/2 full-bath home. Higher End Neighborhood. Smart TVs in all bedrooms Dining/Living rooms: large 75 inch TV Outdoor Patio: Pool, Above ground spa, Seating area, Egg swing chair Kitchen: Everything needed for a Thanksgiving Dinner. Let us know if a common item is needed! Bedrooms: (1) Bunkroom: Bunkbeds have a safe high weight capacity of400lb per bed. They are Full-over-Full sized beds (2) Queen Room (3) Queen Room (4) Master Bedroom - King bed & Pack N Play Travel Crib (no regular crib) Garage/Game-room: refrigerator/freezer, pool table, foosball table ASK HOST FOR ALL HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING. GUEST AGREES TO FOLLOW ALL HOUSE AND NEIGHBORHOOD RULES. WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE AN AMAZING TIME BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS SOMEONE'S PRIVATE HOUSE.
