Your home away from home is literally across the street from the crisp Atlantic Ocean waters, restaurants, beach volleyball, and so much more! This 3/2 duplex style is also known as a 2-family property. It is perfect for families, friends, and couples retreats. You will have your own private entrance and completely private home. The only shared space is the backyard.
