Property information

Stay in our spectacular home in the gated Reserve community. Up the hill on four private acres, with incredible views of Bear Lake. Access to amenities including two large swimming pools, splash pad, in ground hot tub, tennis courts, workout gym, clubhouse, BBQ and access to the Reserve private sandy beach! Sleeping for up to 42 guests, a private bullfrog hot tub, fire pit, swing set, pool table, games and arcades. The panoramic views will take your breath away! Beautiful update home!

Neighbourhood information

Private neighborhood with a security gate, guests will receive an entry code before check-in. During the warm months, car, bike, utv, walking and jogging are great to get down to the Reserve Amenities. The Reserve Private beach is a 3 minute drive. The largest grocery store is Mike's Market located in Garden City Utah about a 12 minute drive. In the winter months, 4 wheel drive is recommended to get around. Beaver Mountain Ski resort is a 30 minute drive. Bear Lake North Beach is about a 15 minute drive. This area does not have taxi or Uber services.
