The second floor hosts the main living space with an elegantly designed open floor plan featuring gorgeous exposed black beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and terrific mountain views. The living area is filled with natural light and offers a cozy spot with comfortable sofas surrounding an elegant gas fireplace. And the beautiful open kitchen is every chef's dream come true with state-of-the-art appliances, including a built-in fridge, a Wolf stove/oven with a hood range, microwave, coffee maker, and a three-person island. The adjoining dining table has enough space for eight people comfortably. The rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs, along with three full en suite bathrooms. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
