Temporary Stay Agreement MUST be signed and an ID MUST be submitted before arrival. Reservation will be canceled if you fail to sign or send the ID. Neighbourhood information

The apartment it's right of Florida's Turnpike and: 2 min to Broward North College 4 min to Fern Forest Nature Center 7 minutes to restaurants 10 minutes from shopping center (Walmart, wallgreens, etc) 20 minutes to Pompano Beach I would recommend you to have your own car, but you can definitely Uber around and it's super cheap.
