Welcome to our delightful retreat nestled in the heart of Mountlake Terrace, just a short drive from the vibrant city of Seattle! This location is walking distance to light rail station and close to golf course and Lake Ballinger. This cozy home is perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for comfort and convenience. We also have fantastic outdoor space perfect for gatherings, relaxing around the firepit and for having BBQ cookouts with family. The space The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Backyard has a firepit and a grill for your convenience. Well connected by public transport this home is perfect to stay close to the city and yet have a peaceful neighborhood. Other things to note Please bring your own charcoal for the grill and firewood for the firepit.
