The Penthouse Suite is located on the second floor and has a lot to offer for the dollar value. It has two twin beds with comfort and space. It has great privacy, nice hardwood floors, and a private balcony with a high rise view of the mini Manhattan, White Plains. Includes a large, private bathroom. The Historic View is located on the second floor and has a lot to offer for the dollar value. It has great privacy and is only a 5 minute walk to the White Plains Train Station and downtown White Plains. Includes antique furniture with a view of The Historic Battle Hill Wall and Park. The Skyline View is located on the second floor, having a lot to offer for the dollar value. It has great privacy, from the windows you can see trees, nature, and a beautiful skyline view from the buildings of the mini Manhattan, White Plains. The Comfy Room is located on the first floor and has a lot to offer for the dollar value. It has great privacy and is only a 5 minute walk to the White Plains Train Station and downtown White Plains. Includes an orthopedic bed with a city and nature view. Bathroom is shared when we have guests Half price for each additional guest. Not suitable for children under the age of 12. FREE PARKING AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING. Additional fee for laundry (Includes washer, dryer, laundry detergent, etc.). Smoking allowed outside only. Welcome To Cozy Homeva! My name is Eva. I am originally from Perú and have been hosting guests since 2011. I work with my sons (Co-Hosts), Christopher and Matthew, to provide the finest hospitality for all guests. We currently have three locations available with only a 1/2 an hour train ride to NYC. Read descriptions, rules, reviews, etc. before booking. We are open to any questions and/or concerns for you to have the most memorable stay.
