Property information

Enjoy the new clean, contemporary space that has a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 garage spot & a Foosball Table. The beach is just across street by Lifeguard Tower 9. Join locals there to watch the sunsets or stroll up the beach to the Pier. It's all about low tide at Tower 9. This ideal location is great to walk to many wonderful restaurants, shopping, Thursday Farmer's Market, or experience the award winning micro breweries.

Neighbourhood information

Great beach community. Well located for all sorts of restaurants, wine tasting and breweries as well as Oceanside Museum of Art, the California Surf Museum, day fishing trips from the harbor or seasonal whale watching. Like most beach communities, the street parking around the home can be limited but it is non-metered. If driving closer to the pier you will find metered or pay parking lots are more common.
