 *Large backyard features covered patio, paver patio extension, charcoal BBQ, patio table and chairs, artificial grass, amazing pool, lounge chairs ideal for outdoor dining.  

*Home is perfect for families (with kids), big groups, couples.


 *Smart TVs in living room, master bedroom and 1 guest bedroom. Bring your Netflix, Hulu etc account and never missed your favorite episode. 

  KITCHEN ACCESSORIES: Dish ware/flatware, cookware, glasses, shot glasses, coffee mugs, Keurig Coffee/Tea Maker, skillets, salt/pepper/spices, blender, toaster, refrigerator equipped with ice maker/water dispenser, other appliances, etc.

  LAUNDRY ROOM: Featuring front load washer and dryer and ironing board with iron.
