Private beach entrance from pool area., A short walk to restaurants, stores including the famous Ron Jon Surf shop, mini golf and ice cream. . First floor, two bedroom, two bathroom unit, large master bedroom perfect for extended family sleeps 6. There is a queen bed, a bunk with trundle and 2 single beds. Spectacular views of the sunrise, pool and dunes. Clubhouse and common area offers pool, ping-pong and foosball tables. and outdoor shower. External locker for beach items. Beach (5), pool (8)and 2 parking passes provided (cash deposit USD 50 required/refunded upon return) kept in unit. NO GRILLING PERMITTED. Home left as found or excess cleaning charge up to USD 125 will be taken from security deposit. Private outdoor locked storage for beach items. Private parking for 2. Check out is 10AM. Check in 3PM.
