Beachfront property in a beautiful vibrant neighborhood. Within walking distance there are two parks nearby: a dog park and a playground. The Audubon Coastal Center and Conservation Land is only a short drive away. The Walnut Beach boardwalk is right down the road and leads you to Silver Sands State Park.
Off street parking for up to 6 cars. Walkable to public beach for events, ( private beachfront is right outside your back door ) local coffee, ice cream shop and an amazing lobster shack. Also walkable to beach store with kayak and canoe rentals
