Beach Badges, Beach Umbrella and Bicycles are supplied, but not guaranteed. Hot Tub and Pool cleaned on Saturday by outside company, which might occur prior to check out. Yard access is required. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
